PANCHAKARMA

VASTI

Vasti or Basti is a unique treatment modality for all Vata disorders. Basti is considered the best treatment modality for diseases, helping purge toxins,
restore dosha equilibrium, and promote systemic rejuvenation

VIRECHANAM
Virechana is a, fundamental ayurvedic detoxification therapy that requires pre operative procedures such as snehana and svedana 3 days prior and
followed by usage of herbal laxatives to clear the gut and helps growth of healthy microbes.
VAMANAM
Vamanam is the traditional method of removing the utkishta kapha from the body after snehapanam and svedana 1 day prior to the treatment and it
gives sudden lightness to the body and relief from blocked sinuses, chest congestion and clearing of all sense organs.
NASYAM
Nostrils are the gateway to brain. Medicines along with the carrier oils reach the brain through the nostrils to the ethmoid sinus and at last the brain,
crossing the blood brain barrier. It releases the toxins from head through the same pathway clearing all the channels. This gives all the sense organs clarity and lightness to head so the the brain works better and faster.
RAKTHAMOKSHAM
Raktamokshana is a specialized Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure, often described as a form of bloodletting or blood purification, used to eliminate
deep-seated toxins (Ama) from the blood, by 4 methods jalukavacharanam, siravydham,sringam and pracchannam, primarily by balancing the Pitta and Rakta doshas.

UPAKARMAS

ABHYANGAM

SVEDANAM
Svedanam is a warm, comforting Ayurvedic therapy that opens up your pores and gets your body's natural detox process going . It involves gentle
sweating induced by herbal steam or warm towels, often after an Abhyangam massage. This therapy helps loosen toxins, ease muscle tension, and
leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Perfect for detoxing and unwinding
CHOORNA PINDA SVEDA
This type of svedanam involves taping massage with a bolous of medicated powder either with or without oil. The heat and herbs work together to
detoxify, reduce inflammation, and soothe muscles. It relieves pain and inflammation in joint, respiratory problems, and overall relaxation.
PATRA PINDA SVEDA
This type involves a bolous of leaves which have vata alleviating properties which is fried along with oil and coconut, helps to lubricate along with
reducing inflammation.
SHASHTIKA PINDA SVEDA
This type of svedanam involves taping massage by using a bolous of shastika rice boiled in kashaya and milk tied into 4 bolouses and massaging the
whole body. It gives good nourishment to the muscles and joints, relieves degenerative pain and gives a glow to the dry skin.
KAYASEKAM
Kayasekam is generally pouring of a warm liquid to the body directly using a vessel. It can be kashayam, dhanyamla, oil or milk according to the needs
of the body. This helps soothe the aggravated dosha come down and get relief from the disease
SHIRO ABHYANGAM
Traditional ayurvedic massage of head with medicated oils according to the patient’s prakriti which helps the patient relax and destress. Improve sleep,
reduce anxiety, headaches and migraines,Promotes relaxation, eases mental fatigue and stress.
SHIRO DHARA
A method of pouring medicated liquids over the forehead like oils, kashaya, medicated buttermilk or medicated milk. It clears the channels in the head
and relieves stress and anxiety, headache, promotes relaxation and ease mental stress and fatigue.
SHIROPICHU
A method of retaining oil in the head using cotton pads till the oil is absorbed into the skin, helps to lubricate the skin and strengthen the hair roots. It
also helps to cool the head.
SIROVASTI
A major treatment of head in which oil is retained in the scalp with the help of shirovasti sheets. It nourishes the channels in the head and clear the
sense organs also improve memory and intellect, cools the head, improve sleep, helps reduce anxiety and depression.
SHIROLEPAM
Also called thalapothichil is a traditional kerala ayurvedic method of treatment which we use medicinal paste to apply over the head and retain it for a
period of time helps good sleep and improve strength of hair and scalp
NETHRADHARA
It is an authentic netra chikilsa kalpa in which kashayam is poured over the eyes which helps reduce inflammation, irritation, redness, allergic
conjunctivitis foreign body sensation and dryness.
DHOOMAPANA
Inhalation of medicated smoke through a funnel relieves the blockage in nose and congestion of sinuses. It also has an antibiotic and anti inflammatory
action that prevents and cures bacterial growth
LEPAM
Application of choorna paste over the inflamed area to release the toxins and reduce the pain of arthritis, IVDP, joint degeneration etc.
AGNIKARMA
It comes under the shalyatantra chikilsa, heating a rod and burning the affected tendons at the point helps relieve pain in mainly bursitis, achelous
tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow and golfers elbow.
HERBAL SPA
It is an improvisation of mukhalepa and sirolepa combined for the benefit of skin and hair together. Medicated powders mixed with water, milk, rose
water or any other liquid according to the skin and applied over face and scalp.
DINACHARYA ACHARANAM
A combination of procedures that are done to maintain the homeostasis of the body, mind and soul that is mentioned in the classical text is done as
such. It includes anjanam, kabalam, gandoosham, pratimarsha nasyam, yoga and meditation.
